Get involved for a year, or for life, join all those who participate to Action Day on April 22nd, 2010.
Action Day will mobilize millions of citizens across the world for the cause of the environment, climate change and environmental legislation. They will highlight the need to implement urgent measures for preserving the environment.
Meanwhile, mayors and elected officials will attach with their constituencies to explore how their community can build a world more oriented towards sustainable development. The results of these meetings will be compiled and disseminated worldwide.
You can also participate on Service Day, by putting in place provisions to protect our environment and our Heritage, by advocating through articles / letters from readers calling for the adoption of a resolution or law in favor of the environment, allowing hence to improve the environmental quality of our neighborhoods or cities, by editing your own company’s environment Charter, by undertaking, with your family or neighbors, a commitment on behalf of your environment in 2010, or by launching your projects.
